Units 7 and 8, two newer units built in 2000, with assistance from the Department of Health and Human Services, Housing Department.

These two units vary only slightly from the other units. 

 There is a two port car space adjoining Units 7 and 8.

The grounds at Marion Court are maintained by the Board of Management, and consits of a large central rose garden, surrounding lawns and outside seating area with sun umbrella and water feature.

 

Tenants have access to a hot house to grow vegetables, seedlings or delicate pot plants.    

All units have been well maintained.  Where necessary, units are refurbished with new carpets and paint when a tenant vacates. 

Units 5 and  6 were built in 1988. 

 A four port undercover car space seperates Units 5,6 and 1-4.

All units are self contained and seperately metered.  Tenants are responsible for their own electricity and phone costs.

The bedroom accommodates a double/queen size bed, and has a floor to ceiling, full width built in wardrobe with upper storage spaces.  

A separate lounge with phone and TV jacks, IXL electric off peak heater and large picture windows. 

The separate kitchen has an upright electric stove, floor to ceiling pantry and under sink cupboards

The bathroom has a shower cubicle, toilet (both with grab rails fitted) and a hand basin. Wash trough and automatic washing machine fittings. Rear access is through this area.

Both the bedroom and lounge are carpeted with quality pure wool carpet. .

The complex has 6 undercover car spaces and attractive maintained grounds.
